Teh Seng Huat is 64 years old and has been suffering kidney failure for the last 6 years.
His condition causes severe difficulty with breathing and painful swelling in the legs. The severe symptoms mean that Seng Huat could no longer work and treatment at the private clinic was becoming a huge drain on the family.
